Every Service Paws ID card carries a QR code. Scanning it opens the dog's official registry profile on this website — there is no app to install.
2. Or enter the registration number
Each card shows a registration number (for example, REG NO. 37532). Enter it in our registration lookup to open the same profile.
3. Compare the profile
A genuine profile shows the dog's photo, name, breed, certification type, handler name, registration details, and the official certificate. Confirm the photo and details match the dog and card in front of you.
Certification status
Profiles display a clear status banner. ACTIVE means the certification is in good standing. REVOKED means it is no longer valid and the card should not be honoured.

A registry profile confirms that Service Paws has certified the dog's training and assessment. Service Paws is an independent organization, not a government agency, and certification does not by itself determine legal access rights — those are set by the laws that apply in your location. Treat the profile as verification of our certification, and apply your own policies and local law as usual.
Trainer attestation letters
For air travel, our registrar can issue detailed attestation letters describing the dog's training program, tasks, and assessment history. Airline medical desks may contact us to request or confirm documentation.
